The RapidResponse Follow-up Service quickly distributes trade show leads to your sales force, marketing department and management for timely action. The system's advanced technology can determine which of your leads are sales ready so that your sales force does not waste time calling on inquiries. In addition, we send targeted emails to attendees that contain their sales rep's name and URL links to the information they requested.

Without a leads management system to filter the leads, all of the leads, regardless of their worth, get dumped on the salesforce and into the sales DB, if they get delivered at all. With over 80% of them not qualified as "sales ready" the reps waste hundreds of hours chasing raw inquires and the DB is clogged with useless names.

Our Lead Rating system insures that sales gets the HOT leads first, the others go to a nurturing process, attendees get customized follow-up immediately, and management gets information to direct critical resources more effectively.




The service is extremely cost effective and does not require the exhibitor to use proprietary lead collection equipment. The Rapid Response Service transforms the data that exhibitors collect on the rented badge scanners to rival that collected by the leading PC-based lead retrieval systems. We will assist you in determining the custom qualifiers to best score the leads and will submit the order form to the lead retrieval company.

After the show, the service will translate the output file and convert the custom qualifiers into rating rules defined by you. This will enable exhibitors to take advantage of the same advanced lead scoring methods heretofore thought only possible with the data collected on PC-based systems. Best of all, we do all the work! Just email us the file and we do the rest.

Better yet, advances in lead collect technologies have enabled many show organizers to offer "lead retrieval" systems that make your leads available almost immediately via the Internet or at least downloadable after the show. Rather than requiring you to go through the drudgery of trying to download and make sense of these widely different file formats, TPC will download them for you directly into our secure system.

The exhibitor can select from a menu of capabilities depending on their lead collection and distribution strategy such as:
