Lead Rating is determined by client defined rules based on
attendee answers to qualification questions asked at the booth.
RapidResponse employs two (2) unique strategies for rating;
Total Score and Question / Answer Combinations.
Total Score
Selected questions are given a weighted numeric value as are
each of their answers. The question weighting is multiplied
by the answer score to arrive at the question score. The total
of each rated question is added together to arrive at the Total Score.
Each Rating Rule (i.e. Hot, Warm, and Cold etc.) is
given a numeric value against which each lead is then
compared to arrive at its Rating. This method is also known as "leads scoring".
Question / Answer Combinations
Selected questions are used in combination with their answers to
define a set of Rating Rules. A Hot lead may be defined as where
the answer to the question "When will you purchase?" is 30 days
and the answer to the question "What is your role?" is Decision Maker.
RapidResponse allows multiple questions and the use of AND / OR logic in defining
Rating Rules.
Each lead is then compared question by question and answer by answer
to determine its Rating.
In addition to the above, RapidResponse also has the ability to
further filter leads based on key words found in the "Notes" or "Comments"
fields of the leads.
