Leads can be distributed to any number of client defined destinations
such as show management, sales reps, sales management, product management
and marketing.
The distribution strategy is determined by Distribution Rules
defined by the client. Distribution Rules can be based on
Rating Rules that are specific to a lead form or applied to all leads.
Lead distribution to the sales organization(s) requires that the TPC system
maintain a Sales Roster and a Zip to Territory table for each sales organization.
The system provides sophisticated methods for uploading and maintaining these
tables by the TPC Database Administrators.
Security procedures similar to those
in place for the Leads Processing module have been implemented to insure that no
one but a DBA can access the raw data files. For an additional fee, designated
client personnel can be granted secure Internet access to the sales data modules
to perform their own upload, deletion and update functions.
